16 - first round is returned to students with acceptance letter, suggestions for
revisions/edits and publishing waivers
26 - waivers and revised/edited pieces due back to editorial boards
Editorial board meets frequently to sequence work, begin layout

Editorial boards meet frequently to complete layout, final editing and supplemental text (introductions, table of contents, etc.)

5 - final deadline for layout
6 - complete zine sent to printer
Printer’s proofs delivered to schools
18 - printer’s proofs with final edits sent back to printer
Anthologies delivered to schools, individual school releases begin
